At Whiskers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — no hassle, no stress.

📅 Return Window

We offer different return periods depending on your location:

  • 7 days from delivery for orders within Lebanon

  • 14 days from delivery for international orders

  • 30 days for select items under special promotions (if specified)

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • It must include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make things right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that are opened or partially used

  • Products exposed to improper storage (e.g., left in hot environments like cars or warehouses)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Return your item first. Once it's approved, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you're entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • You’ll be notified if your refund is approved

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

⏱ Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund.
