  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Displayed at checkout based on your location

  • We use trusted local couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in some areas

📬 Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reship. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Whiskers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please check with your local post office or building manager.


🚫 Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by law or international sanctions

  • Hazardous or perishable items may be restricted from international shipping
