We offer return windows based on your location:

  • 7 days after delivery for orders within Lebanon

  • 14 days after delivery for international orders

  • 30 days for select items under special promotions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition

  • Must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
